About the Beach House

On Seasalter Beach, a seven minute drive from Whitstable, this open plan, glass fronted living space is now available for self-catering lets. Sitting on a private part of the beach, it's more secluded than other beach front properties in the centre ofWhitstable, making it an ideal creative hideaway for artists, writers, or those wanting a little peace and relaxation. It's also a great place for those keen on watersports such as windsurfing and sailing. With a decked area facing the sea, and the kind of views that inspired Turner, this unique beach house is the ideal place for those who love a sense of space, and tranquility.

The Location

Whitstable Beach House is located on Faversham road - on one side, the sea is a stone's throw away, and on the other, the now protected Seasalter marshes provide some of the most beautiful countryside to be found locally.This stretch is part of the famous Saxon Shore Way which has been written about by Seasalter resident Janet Street Porter on behalf of the Ramblers Association.

The local Sportsman Pub, just a fifteen minute walk down the beach has been hailed nationally as one of the U.K's premier gastro pubs, and beyond the Sportsman, the walk to Faversham Creek is known for its natural beauty, and is very popular with bird watchers from around the U.K.

The pebble beaches have an open, spacious feel and no matter what season, they really do provide a sense of nature and simplicity which are hard to beat. The ever changing sunsets can be absolutely picture perfect, forming a panorama in this un-cluttered setting.
