Bedrooms

The master bedroom has a double bed, drawers and cupboard space, while the two smaller bedrooms both have cupboard space and two single beds.

Sitting Rooms

The two sittings rooms provide space for guests to relax either in the main lounge area, or in the smaller sitting room which has a television. Both rooms are bright and comfortable, with the smaller of the two leading into the garden.

Kitchen

The fully fitted kitchen is next to the larger of the two sitting rooms, and has a cooker and fridge freezer, the washing machine and tumble dryer are both in the outside utility room which also has drying space for wetsuits or beachwear.

Bathroom

The Bathroom features a bath with an electric shower and toilet. A second toilet is located outdoors and is accessed via the garden.

Garden

With two picnic tables, a brick barbeque, and children's swing, the large garden also has an outdoor toilet and shaded areas for some quality coastal relaxation.
