Nestled in the rural village of Shepherdswell, Sibertswold cottage is attached to the owner's property, and has been beautifully refurbished to cater for short self catering lets, or bed and breakfast accommodation. The village itself offers the perfect retreat for cylclists and walkers on the North Downs way, and the cottage is just fifty yards from the local listed pub, and two minutes from the shops.

The Location

Sibertswold Cottage is located in the village of Shepherdswell, in Kent, just a ten minute drive from Canterbury, 15 minutes from the original Cinque Port town of Hythe, and half an hour from Whitstable. Dover, and the channel tunnel are also very close by.

The village itself is a quiet rural setting, complete with village green, cricket in summer, and a listed pub which serves excellent food. The famous
North Downs Way is right on its doorstep, and many people come to walk and cycle through this picturesque section of the Kent countryside.

The shops are just a couple of minutes from the cottage, and Shepherdswell's train station is linked directly to London Victoria - the journey taking just a couple of hours. If you're driving, the turning for Shepherdswell is easy to find, as it's just after the first set of traffic lights on the A2 if you're arriving from London.
