About Ivy House ... Situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac a few minutes walk from the train station, and about fifteen minutes walk from the centre of town, Ivy House has 2 double bedrooms, and provides a comfortable terraced family living space. All the modern conveniences are available, as well as garage parking, and the house also comes with the use of one of the famous Whitstable beach huts, located right on the seafront. |

Bedrooms One large double bedroom with a fitted wardrobe, and one smaller double bedroom. Cots are available for children, as well as a children's camping bed. Sitting Room The sitting room features a working fireplace, comfortable sofas, and provides a comfortable and relaxing living space. |

Kitchen The large, fully fitted kitchen comes with a washing mashine (rotary washing line in rear garden), electric cooker with gas hob, fridge freezer, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities. Bathroom The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, and there's an airing cupboard in the hall. |

Beach Hut If requested, the use of a beach hut located on Whitstable's beach front can be included with the property - much sought after, these beach huts are the perfect place for spending time during the summer months, and on a warm evening the huts are full of people having barbeques on the beach, or just taking in Whitstable's atmosphere. |
