This modern, yet traditionally styled town house is located in a private courtyard development in the heart of Whitstable, is set over two floors, sleeps 4, and has been beautifully presented and furnished throughout. There is security gated parking for one car, and the interior is light, airy, spacious, and has been designed with many extras for guests' comfort.

Bedrooms

In the master bedroom are two 3ft zip linked beds which can be put together to provide a 6ft bed, as well as a fitted wardrobe, a chest of drawers and bedside tables with lamps.

The second Bedroom is on the upper floor, and is a prettily furnished double bedroom - again with built-in wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps and chest of drawers.

Kitchen

The fully fitted kitchen has beech wall and floor units, grey marble effect worktops and integrated appliances - including a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, water softener with separate drinking filter tap, automatic washing machine/dryer, stainless steel gas hob, and an electric oven. There are 2 stools at the breakfast bar.

The lounge

The lounge features vaulted ceiling and floor length windows, concealed with cream
rattan blinds, as well as inset ceiling lights, a large wall mirror, two white leather sofas, and a leather armchair. There is a flat screen colour TV/DVD with Sky, and a CD player/radio. French windows lead from the lounge to a compact decked seating area with flowers and plants.

Dining room

The dining room has a glass table and chairs

Family bathroom & downstairs shower room

The family bathroom has a white tiled floor, a bath, WC & washbasin, a heated towel rail and shaver point, and the downstairs shower room has a shower cubicle, w.c, washbasin and shaver point.

Location

4 Whitepost's location in the centre of Whitstable means it's a minute from the sea, right in the centre of the shops, a minute from Harbour Street, and the restaurants and art galleries. The secure location is in a new, but traditionally designed private courtyard.
